Porch Builder

We have been working in the deck building industry for many years and have also transitioned to incorporate patio building services into our field. Creating a porch or patio, or both is very similar to creating a deck because it is intended to frame the exterior landscape of your home. We can create patios for your backyard or your front yard, or any space that you deem appropriate for some paved surface. Our patios are installed with the same level of professionalism and care that our decks are installed with.
Custom Patios
As the professional patio builders, we are also able to build you a custom patio that fits your outdoor space perfectly. Many of our custom patios are made from durable building materials that include concrete, brick, and stone. Our clients opt for building materials that complement the exterior of the home and we can assist in creating a beautiful transition between your home and your outdoor space. Custom patios are integrated into your existing landscape so that you can have a comfortable space to host parties, barbecues, or just lounge in the sun.
Covered Patios
If you are looking to not only make your outdoor space incredibly comfortable but also temperature controlled, we can assist in installing covered patios that are connected to the exterior of your home. Many of our covered patios have an extension of the existing roof which enables you to transition from your home inside to an outdoor space that is still covered. We also offer retractable roofs for your covered patios so that you have the option to manage and control your covered patio when you see fit. Covered patios are a great way to spend time outside without getting wet in the rain or consistently being exposed to the sun.
Materials Used for Patios
Some of the materials that we recommend when it comes to installing a new patio, include brick, concrete, or stone. We choose these materials because they require minimal maintenance and are highly durable against fluctuating temperatures, UV rays, and moisture. Other outdoor such as certain types of tiles, that look great in the short term but can often crack or become slippery when the surface is wet. Fortunately, the durable materials that we recommend come in a variety of shapes, colors, and finishes so that you have multiple options when choosing your patio building material.
Patio Upkeep
Finally, you might be wondering what kind of upkeep your patio requires. We can say with confidence that this is dependent on the type of building material that you choose. If you are looking for a low maintenance building material that does not require frequent cleanings or repairs, we will highly recommend concrete or brick or stone. This is because these materials can easily be rinsed and washed naturally when it rains, and can later be swept clean when the surfaces are dry. If you do encounter the need for patio cleaning or repairs, we would be happy to offer our assistance.
